Dentistry has been her chosen career since a very tender age. Although well educated on the clinical side, Athena’s love of business and psychology led her into dental consulting a three decades ago.
With an extensive background in business, dentistry, consulting, transitions and project management, Athena has a unique ability to determine each client’s specific needs. Her mastery at discovering the most effective and persuasive strategies for your practice will make her an invaluable member of your team. Athena has advanced study in consulting, project management and practice transitions with some of the nation’s leading experts.
She has worked with hundreds of dentists in preparing them for successful ownership, and coached thousands of team members by teaching them how to work to their potential and contribute excellent performance within their practices.
Athena enjoys and takes pride in being accessible to her clients when they need her, which is why you may find her answering her phone at unusual hours rather than waiting until the next business day to pick up messages. Just like you, she provides excellent care to her clients.
Athena’s education in both business and psychology gives her special insight into human behavior, and she relates well to both doctors and staff members.

He was born to be challenged; he gets his energy from helping others solve complex problems, conflicts and dealing with difficult situations. He is passionate about everything he does, and his positive attitude is contagious.
A motivator, and a mentor at heart, Matt knows how to bring out the best in others. Matt brings a hands-on experience in building and leading successful teams, drafting and implementing strategies in dental, medical, retail and consumer package goods industries. Matt brings expertise in consumer behaviour, marketing and the art of team decision making.
Matt is the founder and the president of Gratifiedent, a dental consulting company in London, Ontario, Canada.
